how to check that replication has been performed for attributes in ad?

Is there a sceript or a program available that would check replication
between two DC for some object(s) that each attribute has indeed been
replicated? I'm thinking of making one with vbscript, but if there already
exists one... :)

Replmon or repamdin out of the support tools provides this information. (Show
attribute metadata).

Yes - go to the resource kit or support tools (it is in one of them) and
check out REPLMON.
