how to change word toolbars from Arabic to English?

I can't seem to be able to switch my toolbars or tabs from the Arabic
language to English.
Also when I try to download certain word templates from the "OfficeOnline"
site I get them downloaded in Arabic which I do not need.
I would appreciate it if someone tosses me a life line over here.
