How do i change english font to arabic font in word.

I went to accessability options to add arabic in the languages list, but it
doesn't have it. I was able to switch from english to arabic in word on my
other pc, by pressiing on ctrl+shift to make the switch, this computer won't
let me do that. How do I get the arabic language in my pc for this?
Do I have to purchase a new office package?
Please reply as quick as possible.

I do not have windows xp cd, what else can I do or go aorund it?

Try it first, you may not be asked for the XP CD. If your syatem came with XP already installed, the files may already be on the computer.
