If you don't need to do any calculating with them, simply go to Insert
Symbol, choose any font that has Arabic characters in it (such as
Times New Roman), select the Arabic range from the dropdown at the
upper right, and scroll a few lines to the end of the range. Arabic
numerals are at Unicode 06F0-06F9.

Which numerals your computer displays and operates with is set in
Windows, but I doubt you can have two sets running at once.

And, of course, if you're going to use them a lot, you can assign
keyboard shortcuts to them in the Insert Symbol panel.
