How to change Windows XP Professional default my pictures file

I have Windows XP Professional Version, and I want to change from Mozilla as
the default under My Pictures folder to Windows Picture & Fax Viewer as the
default. Can someone give me some directions on how to do this?
 
Right click on a photo
Click on Open with on the opening menu
Click on Choose program on the opening menu
Select Windows.... on the opening list and check the box "Always...."
 
I want the default program to come up when you double click on a photo or
folder in My Pictures folder as Windows Picture & Fax Viewer default program
instead of Mozilla. Is the below an answer to that question? I am confused.

No problem.
Yes, after you follow the procedure and select Windows Picture and Fax
Viewer and check the box "Always..." when you double click on a photo file
it will open in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
