How to change web pages not to open in new window?

I have used in another website a few years back the volume slide but I don't
think it is neccessary. Personally I like music and I know you like it and
others do too and the ones that find it annoying can turn the volumn down or
off and not listen to it to solve their problem. You can't please everyone.

You are correct- some people like it, some people do not.

The method you have used will only work in IE, as the bgsound tag is not
part of the html spec and was something added in by MS.
