How to change the font size of caption and menuitem for Windows Fo

The .NET windows form's default font size of caption and menuitem is a little
too small for me.
How to change these font size?

I assume that's a system wide, control panel Display Applets setting. Right
click an empty area of the desktop, select Properties, click the Appearance
tab, if running XP, click the "Advanced" button (advanced? silly), in the
dialog, there's a picture of a window that has common display items like a
titlebar, menu, etc... click on the Menu. Mine says it's set = Tahoma 8
(which must be the default since I've never changed it)
