No...that does not change the default encoding. It is still Korean. Everytime I go to a page, I have to change the encoding manually to western in IE...it is a real pain.
Not exactly. That only changes the encoding from the default setting which currently is Korean. Every single internet page I visit I have to manually switch from Korean (default) to western to read the script correctly...it is a REAL pain. I am trying to set the default encoding setting to Western but cannot find out where to do that.
