I bet you are using the IE Settings under Tools > System
Explorers. If so, this WILL NOT work.

You must go to Tools > Advanced Tools > Browser Hijack
Settings Restore and click on the "Change restore setting
to a new URL..." hyperlink in the bottom right-hand side
of the window pane. Type in the URL you want to use and
press Enter.

This should fix the problem you are having.
