How to Change our Single Label Domain to a FQDN?

The previous IT dept. setup our Windows 2000 domain as a
single label domain. We have Exchange 2000 and need to
know how we can change our domain to a fully qualified
domain. Upgrade to 2003 and Exchange 2003 and use
rendom? Or is there another way?

Your help is appreciated,

Brian,

Given you have Exchange 2003 SP1 installed, and 2003 native mode, you can
use the rendom command line utility. I believe there are additional steps
for exchange which I am not at all familiar with - google would be the
ticket on that side.
