how to change isp provider

We have time comp with windowsxp operating system with pre
loaded supanet we would like to remove it and use ntl
cable as our isp provider.
we are having trouble in removing the supanet software can
you help?

Have you contacted Time/Supanet support?
If you don't want to do this then can you describe the problems please
