How to change default e-mail client

I use both Mozilla and IE 6. My mail program in IE 6 is
set to Eudora. When I click on a mailto link in either
browser, the mail client which is run is Pegasus. Is there
anyway to change this behavior

Yep,

Under IE tools \ Internet options \ programs.
The drop down list should show all installed email clients on your PC.
