How To Change Color of Start Up Menu

I am running XP and MS Office 2003 Professional.

My computer changed the color of my start up menu and the borders of all of
the dialogue windows from blue to tan or gray.

How can I restore the original blue color.

I did not change anything intentionally.
Your help will be appreciated.

Hi Ray,

Right-click the desktop, select "Properties", and click the "Themes" tab.
See what theme is selected (if you've unintentionally changed anything it'll
say "modified" after the name).

If that doesn't work, click the "Appearance" tab and select the options you
want.
