How to change cell tool tip

Hi

We are unable to work out how to chnage a tool tip. It is not a comment.
ie. a tool tip comes up when you click in a cell?

help

Hi!

It might be a data validation input message.

Select the cell then goto Data>Validation. Select the Input Message tab.
Anything there?
