how to change background colour after theme change?

Hi,
I recently changed the FP theme on my site and would like to know how
to change the background colour that appears immediately on page while
waiting for page to start loading. The previous colour this was set at
does not suit new theme. Where in the theme or html code can I adjust
this? Many thanks for any advice.
