How to call Tablet PC input Panel from vb.net

Hi,
I wrote a similar application for getting ink input
before release of the Windows XP Tablet PC edition.
However, now I would like to use the Tablet PC Input
Panel instead. Can anyone tell me how I can call this
program from my vb code? Before calling this program I
like to check to see if the application is running under
Windows XP Tablet PC edition or not and if it is call it.
I appreciate any help.

Have you looked at the Table PC SDK?

It has controls & objects that you can use to interact very closely with the
Tablet PC elements.
