How to build online help.

I wrote a little app and want to build a help file with minimum of fuss
(help system doesn't need to be the latest version) and minimum of cash.
What are some of the choices out there?

Pocket CHM is pretty handy. You create HTML pages for your Help file and it
compiles them to CHM format. I think there's a 10-page limit on the trial
version.
 
Search Microsoft for the HTML Help Workshop. It's not a very pretty
interface but it is free. I have built some pretty sophisticated help
systems including complete applications in HTML Help using it.
