how to boot up secondary partition

I have 2 partitions on my HDD. One had XP 64 (C: - primary) on and the other
Media Center (D:). I then installed Vista Beta 2 64bit on my primary (C:) but
formatted that partition using the installation disk before I did. Now it
directly boots up to vista and does not recognise my D: drive's Media Center.
Is there some way to get the option to boot media center without
re-installing Media Center?
