How to Bluetooth enable my PC

As a complete newcomer to mobile computing. What is it I
need to do to my Desktop PC to enable it to communicate
with Bluetooth devices, such as a PDA and mobile phone
(both Bluetooth enabled)? Do I need to add a device of
some sort ?

If it helps, the operating system on my PC is XP.

You need a PCI Bluetooth card, it should have all you need
and is powered by the computer. You might be able to find a
Bluetooth/WiFi card, don't know for sure. Try a Google.

need an extension
