How to block email from certain address

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to block email from a malicious person who has been harassing me. I can do it on yahoo but do not know how to do it on outlook....I wish I could block them all together!!! Any suggestions

Depending on the version of Outlook (which you do NOT state), you can do it
by rules. When mail arrives, with specific words in the From- put in this
person's mail address "(e-mail address removed)"

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
