How to backup/share pst files faster

Hi.
I have my personal calendar on my laptop and office one on the office PC. I
have a usb drive and I keep exporting my personal calendar by using the
wizard to export a pst file. I follow the same procedure for my contacts and
my to do list.

Is there a way to automate this process, so I don't have to export each
individual folder to a pst file? it's an a long and cumbersome processes to
do with these three things.

Instead of Exporting you can also create a separate pst-file via File->
New-> Outlook Data File... and copy the folders to that folderset. Than copy
that pst-file when Outlook is closed.

If you're mobile device supports contacts and calendar syncing, you could
use that as well.
