How to BACK UP my files

This is going to sound like a ridiculous question, BUT I CANT FIND THE ANSWER IN THE SUPPORT SECTION IN MY PC, how do I back up my files? I have Windows XP. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

Click on "Help and Support"
Type "Backup" into the upper left white space next to the word "Search"
Press the arrow to the right of the white space
Click on the option that suits your fancy
