How to back up e-mail created with Outlook Express??

I have successfuly backed up my e-mail from Outlook
Express 6.x. to floopy disc. However, I am now unable to
open it. I'm getting a message that says I need 'Visual
FoxPro Table' software to do this. Can anyone tell me
exactly what I need to do to open my saved e-mail?

In Outlook Express, go to File > Import > Messages > on dialogue that
appears, select Outlook Express 6 > next, choose OE6 Identity and import.

I'm getting a message that says: No messages can be found
in this folder or another application is running that has
the required files open.
 
Make sure they are not marked as Read Only. OE does not
like it when they are marked as Read Only
