How to back-up ALL Outlook Express SETTINGS?

Hi all,

How can I save all my OE settings and accounts? I know how to backup and
restore my store folder and e-mails, but what about all my e-mail accounts,
newsgroup servers and message rules?

I re-formatted my hard drive recently and I was able to save all my store
folders, but I had to reconfigure 9 e-mail accounts, folders, and message
rules for each account as well as my news server. It's just a pain in the
neck and, with 3 computers in the house, I do this more often than I'd like.
