How to avoid pop-ups

Everytime I enter internet explorer, I get a pornograhic
popup. How do I stop this ??

You can run SpyBot S&D it will scan your HD for spyware,
or adware that causes popups, and will allow you to remove
it. It also has an immunize feature which has been pretty
successful, at preventing the same programs from coming
back.

You should also delete cookies and temporary internet files frequently
From the IE menu, choose Tools, Internet Options, on the "General" tab click on "Delete Cookies" and then click on "Delete files
