How to avoid Outlook changing appointments when changing timezone

WHY CAN OUTLOOK NOT ASK WHEN CHANGING TIME ZONES:"DO YOU WANT TO ADJUST YOUR
APPOINTMENTS OR KEEP AS ARE?"
Outlook Calendar, half my time Australia, half Singapore: I sync calendar
with PDA.
I switch timezones between Sydney &Singapore. Why does Outlook adjust my
appointments! I enter in Sydney a 8:00 for Singapore next week, then I go to
Singapore & tell my PC that I am there, then Outlook ruins my Calendar,puts
this appointment 2 hours earlier for Singapore. On input I knew I will meet
at 8:00. I enter as 8:00, on arrival Outlook turns it to 6:00.
All day events become 10:00pm to 10:00pm? Christmas is one day all world,
why does Australian Christmas turn 10:00 to 10:00 Singapore?
