Timestamps and timezones. Going back in time

Hello.

I would like to know if there's a way to set Outlook to add the timezone in
the header timestamp when replying or forwarding messages, or to use GMT
time for timestamps.

Why am I asking this?
Because when I send a message from Chile (GMT -04:00) to Australia (GMT
+10:00), and I get a reply, the timestamp of the message I already sent
shows the day before I sent the message.

Example:

Original message sent
Sent: Thursday, *20* de April de 2006 11:17 (this with Chile timezone)

When I get the reply, the header of the reply shows
Sent: Thursday, *20* de April de 2006 19:07 (this with Chile timezone)

If I scroll down and see the timestamp of the message I originally sent, it
shows
Sent: Friday, *21* April 2006 1:17 AM (this with Australia timezone)

As if going back in time

Alternatively, I would like timestamps to use GMT time (GMT 00:00)

Please advice.

Thank you very much

This may not be an Outlook problem, but a mail server issue. I have just
sent a message from our company mail server in the US (-04:00) to my
private mail server in Japan (+09:00). All time stamps are correctly
marked as -0400 or +0900.

I have just replied to the original message, and again all time stamps
are correct. The time difference between the original sent message and
the received reply was just a few minutes.
