How to automatically send copies of outgoing mail in Outlook 2007.

I want a copy of every email that I originally send from Outlook to be sent
or forwarded to another email address (gmail). I don't seem to be able to
set a rule to do that. Can anyone help?
 
Why not just add the Gmail address to the BCC field of the message?
