How to BCC someone on every outgoing message in Outlook 2007

I need to BCC my boos on every outgoing msg that i send from outlook 2007 but
i can't seem to find a rule for that.

I can only find a rule for 'CC'.

Can anyone know how to do that?

you need to use a utility or use VBA.
