how to automatically repeat text in form fields in word doc

i am trying to have my word doc automatically fill in text that i have typed
in a form field throughout a word document. I have form fields throughout a
document that contain the same information so i am trying to make it so i
only have to type the info once and it automatically fills in throughout doc.
