Duplicating text in Word

I have produced a large document in Word that will be used to prepare
proposals. Is the a way in which I can type in the client's name just once
and have the name appear automatically at several points in text throughout
the document? I amusing Word 2007 but have saved the document as 2003-2007
compatible.
