How to automatically accept task request

Hello Guys

I'm working with outlook 2003 with exchange 2003. In our it department, we
have a general it help account (e-mail address removed), and all staff send their
task requests to this account. But there is a problem, we must login to
outlook with itrequest account and to accept requests manually. But nobody
really use this accounting for working, so I have to use one computer to
login as itrequest account to receive task requests and accept them. It's
really annoryng. I want to know it's possible to make itrequest account
automatically task requests without login.

Any ideas?
