How to automate new user accounts in Local Administrator's group

I'd like to have the users to be able to add their new
computer to a Domain and automatically add their user
name to the Administrator group without doing the manual
steps.

But why would you want your users to be a member of the administrator group?
That's insane. Big security risk.

I meant the local Administrator's group.
