How to AutoExpand the Tree in Explorer

Is there a way to set Windows Explorer to automatically
expand all folders when you open it? There was a way to
do this on older versions of Windows, but I can't find one
in XP.
 
Create a shortcut and point it here:
C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe /e,C:\
