how to add somthing like a shoping cart/ view cart feature

is there a way i can add somthing like a shopping cart feature to my site where a customes can click a check box next to a product and add it to there shopping cart or whatever so i don't have to list every product seperatly in my order form? Please help, for some reason i am lost at this point!!!
