how to add pictures(jpg) to webpage developed in frontpage 2002?

I am developing my first web page in frontpage 2002. While i add any picture
from add picture tab or cut & paste that picture on page, i can not see the
picture when the page is posted on the any web server. I can only see the
text?
pl. tell me the solution.

and save before publishing.

* Make sure you have a frontpage web/site open before working on any page within
that web.

* Make sure you import the images into the frontpage web

* Publish the pictures as well as the html documents.
