How to add password protection for FTP server

[Honjo]

I have set up FTP server using IIS6 which comes with WXP Pro and it is
working fine. Presently anyone can access it without requiring password
or anything. How can I add password protection to this FTP server? I
looked the property of Default FTP Site in Computer Management but could
not figure out how to do it. Please help.
