how to add link to Favorite Links in save dialog?

When saving a file it pops up a save dialog with these folders on the left
panel:

Documents
Recently Changed
Desktop
Recent Places
Computer
Searches

Is it possible to add an arbitary link to the above list to point to folders
that I use frequently?

Have you tried to drag and drop?
