How to Add an Extra Horizontal Line to a Bar Chart?

On a bar chart I want to have just one horizontal line, crossing the
y-axis at a value I determine. How do I do this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Either create another series of bars, that just have a start value and the same end value. Then right click the bar and
choose "Line" as the "chart type"

Or while editing the graph...just draw a line using the "line" tool on the drawing tools.
