How to add a text box in Word 2007?

I am trying to use the Oriel Template, which gives a nice Text Box for
quotes, BUT I cannot figure out HOW to add text to the said text box. The
Help search has not been helpful.
 
There are a number of Oriel templates as well as an Oriel theme in Word.

If you're using the Oriel Report or Oriel Letter template clicking on the box to begin typing should work. If not, can you describe
the steps you're using.
