How to add a picture in the background

How to add a picture that cover all the page in backgroud ?

Also, I would like to have the picutre in grey.

you can modify the effects from the other tabs...

You will need to add the picture as a header. Go to View
+ Header and Footer. Insert your picture and place it
anywher you want on the page. You can resize it to fill
the page and if you right click over the picture and
choose Show Picture Toolbar and then click on the first
icon on the toolbar you can choose Greyscale.
