How to add a field to Contact form?

Using Outlook 2002.

I simply want to add the "Account" field to the Contact form for all my
contacts. Whenever I open a contact, I need it there. Is there a way? In
my mind, it's simply customizing the Contact entry form, but I can't figure
out how to do it in Outlook.
