How to add a condition to a rule

Hello
I want to optimise the junk mail + rule feature to block unwanted mails
Without downloading other programme.
I would like to create a condition where all messages arriving between, let
say 11pm to 5am, would be sent automatically to the bin.
Is it possible please

It's not possible to create rules which contains criterions like time
and date.
