How to Add a Background image to WMM Title pages?

I am hoping they didn't make title pages that you can't add a background
image to. It's easy in PhotoStory... but I've yet to find out how to do it
in WMM

Any experts out there?

Import the picture you want as background image into WMM
Put the picture onto the timeline
Tools:Titles and credits and select Add title on the
selected clip.
You can time the background image to the length of the
title by dragging the right edge of the picture.
