Sure can!

Go to your control panel. Choose Network Connections. Look for your
connection and right click on it. Select Properties. Click the
Advanced tab and you should see your option to turn on the firewall.

To enable/disable the built-in firewall, Start > Network
Connections > Right-click the connection > Properties > Advanced >
Protect my computer.....
