Assuming that by accessing your home Outlook, you mean being able to doing
something like initiating a remote desktop connection from work to your home
machine, you'll probably have to take that up with your IT department.
If you're asking how can you access e-mail on your home account from your
office, you'll probably have to take that up with your ISP.
