Hi,

I have two calenders in my pst, one of them is declared as the default
folder
(it cannot be renamed, deleted, ...). How can I change it, so that the other
calender folder gets the default? (Or how can I at least automatically
transfer
all appointments from the one to the other?)

thx a lot

MS has a utility called mdbview or something along those
lines that will allow you to delete your calendar; export
to a .csv, run the utility, create new calendar and import
your .csv..hope this helps...

You can't, if they're both in the same PST. You can create another PST,
make that your default delivery location, and then move the items you want
to that PST's Calendar folder.

automatically transfer
all appointments from the one to the other?)

Open the folder containing the calendar items you want. Select View>Current
View>By Category (or View>Arrange By>Current View>By Category, depending on
Outlook version, which you didn't state), use CTRL-A to select all the
items, and click-and-drag them to the default Calendar folder.
Left-click-and-drag will move them. Right-click-and-drag will allow you to
choose move or copy.
