How tell if Windows still contains SP-2 and SP-3

Through an acident i lost many programs. I would like to know how do I
determine if I still have SP-2 and SP-3 installed on my Dell 2400 running XP ?

Right-click on the My Computer desktop icon, Properties, the service
pack level is listed along with the Windows version.
