HOW support APM and show in the Power Options?

My image shutdown is manual , so i think my image haven't support APM,
now,how do support APM for my image and show APM in the Power Options?

P.S
  1. My mission is achieve auto shutdown?
  2. BIOS setting auto shutdown inable?
Please help me thanks...
