How set REMINDERS, of upcoming appmts?

Well, appointments have the ability to put a reminder on themselves, so why
would you use a Task? What version of Outlook are you using?

Well, if you open up one of the calendar events, right there on the ribbon,
it says Reminder and you can set it to whatever you want.
